We help businesses hire great people and get the best out of their talent processes and data. Here’s a simple overview of how we work:

Recruitment

  • Fee: 10% of the candidate’s accepted annual salary.

  • Payment: Due 14 days after the candidate starts.

  • Rebate period: If someone leaves within the first 10 weeks, we’ll credit you back part of our fee. The rebate decreases by 10% each week — so you’re fully covered in week 1, and the cover gradually reduces to zero by week 10.

Talent Systems & Process Optimisation

We review and improve your hiring workflows, systems, and processes — whether that’s setting up an ATS, redesigning how your team works, or streamlining hiring steps.

  • Consultation: Free, to scope out what you need.

  • Pricing: Determined after consultation, based on your business size, system complexity, and project scope.

  • Payment schedule: Agreed in advance and tailored to project size. This may include an upfront deposit and milestone-based payments.

Talent Data & Analytics

We turn your hiring and people data into clear insights and dashboards, so you can make better decisions. We can either build reports for you or also advise on what the data means.

  • Consultation: Free, to define needs and scope.

  • Pricing: Agreed following consultation, depending on complexity and whether you’d like one-off reports or ongoing support.

  • Payment schedule: Established with you at the outset, typically including staged or milestone-based payments for larger projects.

Payment Terms

Our standard invoicing terms are Net 14 days (payment due within 14 days of invoice). We are happy to adapt to your organisation’s standard payment policies if different.

Our Commitment

We won’t approach or recruit your employees while we’re working with you.

We also won’t contact or place any candidates we’ve placed with you elsewhere in the future — except to check in on their well-being or ask for external referrals.
